Arise HealthCare and Wellbeing Group Ltd offer specialist services in homecare for people who need support and wish to remain independent in their own homes. We offer to our clients’ qualified and experienced carers that are fully assessed by us, according to our Code of Practice which complies with and supports Care Quality Commission’s standards and Outcomes. Services include but are not limited to live-in care, dementia care, complex care, sitting in services, cleaning assistance, sleep in, waking nights and more.
Our mission is to provide caring and compassionate home care services to our clients. Home services will be rendered with cultural respect and dignity. The personal rights and needs of each client will always be protected and integrated into the care plan.
All our staff have undergone CRB checks. Before placement with any client, each care worker must undergo our own in-house training programme and we test the work of all care workers by monitoring them by a qualified supervisor.
We understand that speed of service response and provision of trustworthy and reliable staff is essential.

Staff training and developmental issues take central role in our drive for excellence. We see this as investment in our staff – one that is right for our moral, image and good for the service user. In our quest to deliver specialist services to our service users, it is only right that we extend this additional benefit that comes with informed care workers to our service users.
Care workers are given three days induction training and three days work shadowing. Is designed to deliver the high standard of care. The 3 days work shadowing programmed is designed to deliver the standard of care we set ourselves supervised by our outreach staff team.
