Sleep in Care

Our Sleep In Care service ensures the vulnerable are fully cared for

Disturbed sleep can impact on someone’s ability to undertake daily tasks. This can add to daily anxiety and confusion.

Catching up on sleep during daytime hours can also affect a person’s ability to interact with visiting family and friends.

Because of this, care and support throughout the night is an essential service provided by Arise!

Flexible levels of care

Health conditions can improve or deteriorate over time. As a result, our flexible Sleep In Service can be reviewed and altered to suit your needs as required. We aim to review the necessary levels of overnight care on a regular basis, so clients always feel like the care provided is suitable.

How does Sleep In Care work?

Our experienced Care Assistants get clients settled for the night, then retire to an allocated room. They are on hand to offer support at any time throughout the night. This includes toilet trips, preparing drinks, making some light food to eat or just providing reassurance and companionship.

The care assistant can introduce a positive night time routine, to ensure any worries are removed. Items such as clean bedclothes and comfortable sleeping conditions can make all the difference to the quality of sleep in our clients.

Whether someone is recovering from a period of illness or their family requires some respite from care duties, we can meet every night-time requirement.
